RESPONSIBILITY ACTION
Employee

Provide immediate supervisor with a copy of the order to report for duty when the order is issued.

Supervisor

Retain a copy of the order to report for duty.

Employee

Provide a written verification from the military unit of the times, dates, and compensation received to immediate supervisor upon return to work.

Supervisor

Forward a copy of the record of the times, dates, and compensation with the employee’s attendance report coded with "MIL" for Military Service to the appropriate time-keeping office.

Payroll/Timekeeping

Prepare Payroll Deduction Notice.
