Department Level Programs

Just a Minute
A six-week program designed to help you increase your daily physical activity by encouraging you to incorporate 30 minutes of moderate activity into your life at least five days a week. Visit the Just a Minute webpage for more information and program dates.

Move, Lose & Maintain (MLM)
An eight week physical activity program designed to both get you moving, and maintain or lose weight. There is a weigh in and out, and the program encourages you to exercise at least 90 minutes per week and log the minutes of exercise. The program is $15, but if you main or lose weight, you get all your money back!
