MHealthy offers several seminars, demos and programs for departments within U-M, most free of charge. If you are interested in any of these, please work with the MHealthy Champion in your department to have it scheduled.

Department Level Programs
Just a Minute
A six-week program designed to help you increase your daily physical activity by encouraging you to incorporate 30 minutes of moderate activity into your life at least five days a week.

Move, Lose & Maintain (MLM)
An eight week physical activity program designed to both get you moving, and maintain or lose weight. There is a weigh in and out, and the program encourages you to exercise at least 90 minutes per week and log the
minutes of exercise. The program is $15, but if you main or lose weight, you get all your money back!
