Temporary Wage Schedules
The Temporary Wage Schedules can be accessed via the web link http://www.hr.umich.edu/compclass/schedules/index.html. Separate wage schedules exist for Temporary Professional/Administrative, Technical, Office, Allied Health and Trades/Service Maintenance classifications. Generally employees should be paid within these ranges but units may elect to use other sources of data in setting temporary salaries.
Effective Date
Temporary Staff salary schedules remain unchanged from last year, are effective June 24, 2012 and can be
accessed via the web link at http://www.hr.umich.edu/compclass/schedules/index.html
Merit Increases
Temporary staff members may be considered for merit salary increases, to be effective September 2, 2012.
Merit increases for Temporary employees may be submitted via the file-attach method now available with the
M-Pathways upgrade. The process for using the file-attach method can be found in My Linc at Wolverine Access http://wolverineaccess.umich.edu/.
If the file attach method is not used, individual Temporary Employment forms can be submitted for processing temporary merit pay increases.
