Using Real-time Customer Satisfaction Feedback

The Networking & Telecommunications Analyst Group has been piloting Hively as a real-time Customer Satisfaction tracker tool since August 2015. We will highlight how a customer submits feedback, how the agent/supervisor receives that feedback, what we do with the feedback and how we track the overall team performance.
