Our office website now includes a set of “dashboards,” dynamic and interactive reports that give users – whether University decision-makers or the public – more control over the data they view. This presentation will describe the basic thinking behind dashboard design, some advice on best practices, and demonstrate several types of dashboards and how users can manipulate data to suit their individual interests.
