Keeping Alumni Engaged, Keeping Big Data Coming In

By creating an Alumni Portal system for the 50 Ross alumni clubs serving 45,000 alumni, we provided club officers with a modern way to communicate with and organize events for alumni. At the same time, we could distribute Ross-produced video and other digital content to alumni to help keep them engaged, and provide further incentive to keep their contact information up to date.
