In order to meet these innovative educational needs, the Learning Design and Publishing (LDP) group from Medical School Information Services (MSIS) has developed a suite of services to support faculty and staff in conceptualizing, planning, and producing video products for teaching and learning, including: 1) creation of live action and short video vignette productions (utilizing actors, students, and standardized patients), 2) production of narrated PowerPoint and Khan Academy-style videos, 3) development of striking video animations, and 4) collaboration with students to produce relevant, interesting videos that will capture their attention.
