This poster will feature lessons learned in the marketing and delivery of career development resources to staff, the importance of creating an on-line ePortfolio, and how CDPP participants redefined success. Presenters will identify the goals and objectives of the 2016-2017 Career Development Passport Program, as well as the role that technology will play in tracking staff engagement during this initiative.
