Over the past year, everyone has been engaged in an ongoing experiment of what it means to survive and thrive in a hybrid workplace. We have found new ways to accomplish our jobs, discovered we were capable of things we once thought impossible, and were provided with the opportunity to let go of old ways of doing work. As the workplace continues to evolve and we prepare for additional changes, we continue to explore how to foster equity and inclusion in the hybrid workplace as part of our ongoing DEI efforts. This series will provide learners with the opportunity to consider how we might ensure that diversity, equity and inclusion remain central in all our adaptations to a hybrid environment.
