Sheltering in Love: Self Care

The Sheltering in Love Series is a webinar series focused on several self-care and change management topics relevant to what is going on right now with the COVID-19 pandemic. We are all adapting to a new normal as we work from home or work differently, shelter in place and try to absorb what is happening to us personally and collectively. Join us to explore how we can care for ourselves in the midst of this crisis.

About Adrienne Rowland

Adrienne is a fully licensed clinical therapist who has been in practice since 2004 with nine of those years serving as clinical director for a nonprofit, outpatient-counseling program. 

She utilizes therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT. Adrienne strongly believes in equality and that everyone deserves to experience love and connection. 

Adrienne earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Michigan State University and her master's degree in social work from the University of Michigan. She is a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers.
