An Overthinker's Guide to Practicing Mindfulness

For those who are overthinkers, this can be an exceptionally difficult time to practice mindfulness. This session will cover practical ways to practice mindfulness and how not to get swept away by the constant bombardment of updates, information, news, expectations and pressure.

About Angie Stewart

Angie is the DEI program lead and the Facilitator Engagement Program manager as a part of the DEI and leadership development team in Organizational Learning. She is a passionate and enthusiastic trainer, coach and facilitator. Angie’s curiosity and commitment to understand the human experience have led her to projects across the world, from Senegal to Mexico. She is a champion of positive culture change who leads with a dynamic spirit and contagious, inspirational energy. Angie develops training programs, workshops and coaching modules to celebrate and support leadership; diversity, equity, and inclusion; team building; communication; and to train trainers.

Angie is an avid photographer, writer, runner and lover of life. Her personal philosophy is driven by a penchant for lifelong learning, unapologetic authenticity, empowerment and personal responsibility. Her focus and drive are counterbalanced by her witty sense of humor. Angie’s savvy, engaging style of training and coaching promotes and encourages progressive, actionable, tangible growth.

Angie earned her BA in intercultural studies at the Moody Bible Institute.
