Sheltering in Love: Managing Anxiety

The Sheltering in Love Series is a webinar series focused on several self-care and change management topics relevant to what is going on right now with the COVID-19 pandemic. Managing Anxiety

You may find yourself experiencing greater levels of anxiety on a daily basis in the midst of fear or  stress. This session will explore tips, techniques and tools that will aid in managing anxiety. 

About Jill Castro

Jill joined the U-M Faculty and Staff Counseling and Consultation Office in 2016. Prior to joining FASCCO, she was in clinical practice in a variety of mental health settings, supervised graduate students in psychology and held both adjunct and administrative faculty appointments.

Her clinical interests are in the area of women’s health and empowerment, life/career transitions, infertility/family planning and perinatal mood disorders.

Jill received her masters and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology (MSP).
