The Organized Assistant

Administrative assistants face unique situations in their job every day, sometimes multiple times a day. In this session, participants will receive tips on how to manage time and handle pressures created by multiple supervisors, coworkers, competing deadlines, and overwhelming workloads.

You will learn to:

  • Determine the time management system that works best for you
  • Identify ways to stay motivated even when the workload is overwhelming
  • Recognize when it is appropriate to have a conversation with your supervisor when you are faced with conflicting priorities
