Microlearning: Becoming a Zoom Pro in the Virtual Workplace

Zoom has become an integral part of our daily office lives.

In this session, you will learn tips and tricks to use Zoom more successfully. We will focus on how to use Zoom as logistical support to ensure you provide a seamless virtual meeting experience. We will discuss how to set up meetings or events, go over breakout rooms, Zoom polls and much more!

You will learn to:

  • Confidently open a session, including reading housekeeping rules and introducing the facilitator(s)

  • Utilize engagement strategies such as Zoom polls

  • Determine which Zoom settings are best to use for any event

  • Ensure all participants’ accessibility needs are met

  • Manage seamless transitions between facilitators, screen sharing or other program aspects
