Leadership at all levels is a series that will focus on a variety of topics related to institutional priorities for any given year.
8/6/19: Engaging Conversations: In this session, participants will practice engaging in conversations focused on development and impact to help staff do their best work. You'll learn how to balance support for staff in their career journeys, while also staying focused on the needs of the school, college or unit. And finally, you'll gain access to ideas, tools and resources you can use starting today.
11/19/19: Meaningful Development: Your Individual Development Plan and Action Planning: During this session, you will take a deeper dive into your individual development plan and begin to outline concrete and specific action plans that will move you closer toward success. You will have an opportunity to learn about a variety of resources available to you, as well as leverage one of your most underutilized resources – networking with others. Successful completion of this session will leave you with an actionable development guide, increased awareness of available developmental resources and increased connections with others within the organization.
You can find more information about the Individual Development Plan on the Development Journey page.
