Inclusive Leadership

There is a lot of talk about “Inclusive Leadership,” but: What is it? Why is it important? How can I do it? This workshop will address these questions by presenting research on the specific traits, elements and styles of inclusive leaders. You will be able to reflect on and share your own experiences and describe times that you have witnessed others modeling inclusive leadership. 

You will learn to:

  • Investigate traits and practices of inclusive leaders
  • Identify your own leadership style
  • Determine ways to model a more inclusive leadership style

You will benefit by:

  • Learning about different ways to model inclusive leadership
  • Obtaining resources and best practices on inclusive leadership frameworks
  • Understanding the benefits of inclusive leadership at the individual and organizational level
