Shaping Workplace Well-Being

Workplace well-being isn’t just a catchphrase. It is an important part of making sure that your work environment allows everyone to bring their whole selves to work. During this interactive session, you will learn the impact that social, mental/emotional and spiritual well-being have on your team’s engagement and work satisfaction. We will also provide you with some creative ways to foster stronger collegiality, connectedness and compassion in the workplace.

In this session, you will:

  • Gain an understanding of how your values and behaviors impact wellness at work

  • Identify what the wellness needs are in your unique workplace

  • Consider six ways to shape well behavior within your team

  • Determine your role and responsibility for influencing workplace wellness
