Crucial Accountability

Crucial Accountability provides a methodology for effectively holding others accountable that’s based on more than twenty-five years of research. This one-day course is for Crucial Conversations graduates and teaches a straightforward, step-by-step process for identifying and resolving performance gaps, strengthening accountability, eliminating inconsistency and reducing resentment.

You will learn to:

  • List a step-by-step process for identifying and resolving performance problems
  • Diagnose and resolve underlying causes of performance gaps
  • Identify ways for more effectively motivating others

  • Understanding how to specify performance expectations and hold others accountable regardless of position, temperament or power
