Join a project team that has already begun the project.

Generate a checklist or information sheet for someone who is replacing you on a committee.

Create a survey for members of an organization you are involved in to identify needs and opportunities.

At the conclusion of meetings, restate action steps of those involved in order to gain clarity and consensus.

Ask open ended questions to better understand stakeholder needs.
