Meet with your supervisor to learn your role and their role in addressing DEI issues.

Invite a member of the Office of Institutional Equity to talk to a group you are involved in to speak about Sexual Misconduct Reporting and Resources.

Invite a friend to see a foreign film or attend an international festival.

In unit-wide communications, encourage colleagues to attend upcoming DEI related events, especially those sponsored by your unit.

Give a talk to a civic organization about U-M's DEI initiatives and your role in it.

Encourage your mentee to attend an upcoming DEI event with you. Invite other colleagues to join you with their mentees and to discuss the program afterward.
