Ingredients
- 1 bunch rapini (broccoli raab)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon
Preparation
- In a large saute pan, over medium heat, add oil and rapini. Saute 5-6 minutes or until just wilted.
- Serve with salt and pepper. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over rapini just before serving.
