Here at UMHS, we have worked with Epic to implement the UMHS Provider Portal. The web app lets users at external clinics that we have a relationship with view the charts of patients that we have in common. The tool gives providers outside of UMHS the ability to view clinical information regarding their patients and it features many impressive bells and whistles that can help providers track their patients care.. Better sharing of information directly leads to better care and that is what we all strive for.
