Patient Check-in Optimization Initiative

This initiative allows us to think of innovative ways to improve the quality of care the patients receive and create a potential for increased revenue by using currently available technology such as patient portal access and text messages. By giving patients access to New Patient Forms outside of their allotted appointment time will allow them to provide more accurate information that is necessary to deliver proper care but also allow their providers to spend more billable minutes.
