Drive for Success: Getting Creative With Google Drive to Motivate and Inform a Team

Keeping a large student staff fully trained on a wide variety of policies is challenging, especially when policies are frequently evolving and money is being exchanged. By using technology readily available to us as U-M employees the UMS ticket office has created system to inform, train, motivate and evaluate part-time student staff working in a busy customer service office.
