Spicy and Bloody Dill-icious

Ingredients

  • 1-5.5 ounce can low sodium vegetable juice, such as V-8
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Dash of Tabasco sauce or your favorite hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dill pickle juice
  • 2 mini dill pickle spears, optional for garnish

Preparation

  1. In a glass, combine all ingredients, except the pickles.
  2. Stir well to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings, as desired.
  3. Add ice and garnish each glass with a pickle.
  4. Other garnishes that could be used are pickled onions or cooked shrimp.
