Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 3 tablespoons salsa verde or more as desired, made with tomatilloes
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Salt and ground pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, coarsely chopped
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, mash avocado. Mix in salsa verde and lime juice. Season as desired with salt and pepper. Stir in cilantro.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
