Career Development Passport Capstone Event

Over 200 staff members celebrated the conclusion of the year-long Career Development Passport Program at a Capstone Event featuring guest speakers Mark Saine, senior director of Executive and Leadership Development at TIAA (left), and Lee E. Meadows, Ph.D., business consultant and professor of Management at Walsh College.

The Career Development Passport Program is a 12-month program designed to support ​staff members' career growth and job search preparation.​

More than 850 staff members took advantage of resources and ​workshop ​activities to prepare​ themselves​ to pursue their desired career paths during the program ​which began in May 2016 and concluded with the Capstone Event on April 26.
