
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon shallot, chopped
- 4 cornichons or a small dill pickle, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained
- 1 Tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon dill or tarragon, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 5 1/5 ounces lowfat greek plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
Preparation
- Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of a small food processor and blend to combine. Otherwise, just finely chop everything by hand and stir together. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
