Fresh and Tangy Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon shallot, chopped
  • 4 cornichons or a small dill pickle, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon dill or tarragon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 1/5 ounces lowfat greek plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire

Preparation

  1. Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of a small food processor and blend to combine. Otherwise, just finely chop everything by hand and stir together. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
