
Ingredients
- 1 cup packed fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Add the parsley and cilantro to a food processor and pulse 3 to 4 times. Add the remaining ingredients and process until the mixture is smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Drizzle over steak, chicken or pork.
