Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Add the parsley and cilantro to a food processor and pulse 3 to 4 times. Add the remaining ingredients and process until the mixture is smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Drizzle over steak, chicken or pork.
