Easy Overnight Oats
Ingredients

1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

1 tablespoon chia seeds

3/4 cup Greek yogurt, whole milk or preferred plain yogurt

1 cup milk, any preferred kind(we used almond milk)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon salt

Various toppings such as fruit, nut butter, choc. chips
Preparation

In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, greek yogurt, vanilla extract, maple syrup and salt. Add the rolled oats and chia seeds and combine thoroughly. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.

The next morning, scoop 1/3 of the oat mixture into a jelly jar or bowl. It will be have thickened quite a bit. Add flavorings and fruit if desired.
Options could be: Vanilla Latte: Add 1/4 cup strong coffee or cold brew and 1 1/2 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips
Peanut Butter Choc. Banana: 1 1/2 tablespoons of creamy or crunchy nut butter, 1 1/2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips, 1/2 of a medium banana chopped
Berry Banana: 1/4 cup mixed fresh berries, 1/2 of a medium banana chopped
