Yummy Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients

12 ounces evaporated skim milk

1 cup cocoa powder, such as Ghirardelli or Droste, sifted

2/3 cup dark brown sugar

1 teaspoon instant coffee granules

2 tablespoons honey

1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch, dissolved in 2 teaspoons of water

1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Preparation

Measure the first 5 ingredients into a 1 quart saucepan; whisk to combine.

Bring to a boil over low to moderate heat, stirring constantly to avoid burning the cocoa.

Off the heat, slowly add the dissolved cornstarch, stirring constantly. Return to heat and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring.
