Tomatillo Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 3 tablespoons salsa verde or more as desired, made with tomatilloes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Salt and ground pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, coarsely chopped

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, mash avocado. Mix in salsa verde and lime juice. Season as desired with salt and pepper. Stir in cilantro.
  2. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
