Sweet-Tart Citrus Slices
Ingredients

3 cara cara, navel or blood oranges or your favorite in-season oranges

3 fresh clementines

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon Cointreau liquor or 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice plus 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Preparation

Peel and slice oranges and clementines with a shape knife, removing the white pith around the sides. Slice fruit into 1/4 inch thick slices. Arrange attractively on a plate or platter.

In a small bowl, mix together honey, cinnamon and Cointreau. Drizzle over the fruit.
Serve.
