
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
- 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup honey
- 5 cups filtered water
- Lemon slices and strawberries for garnish
Preparation
- Place strawberries, lemon juice, honey and 1 cup water in a blender; process until smooth.
- Pour mixture through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a pitcher. Add remaining 4 cups of water to the pitcher and stir well to combine.
- Chill lemonade completely before serving, about 2 hours. Serve over ice; garnish with additional strawberries and lemon slices.
