Stir-Fried Green Beans
Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 1/2 pounds green beans, trimmed and washed

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon chili garlic paste

1 tablespoon honey

salt and pepper, as desired
Preparation

In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add the green beans and toss with tongs to thoroughly coat. Cover and cook until browned, turning occasionally, about 6 - 8 minutes.

Meanwhile in a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce, chili garlic paste and honey, set aside.

Reduce the heat of the large skillet with the beans to low, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 20 seconds.

Pour in honey soy mixture and cook stirring until liquid reduces to form a glaze that coats the beans, about 1 minute. Serve.
