Smoked Trout Canapes
Ingredients

1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, drained overnight to yield 3/4 cup of yogurt cheese *

4 ounces smoked trout fillet, skin removed, flaked

1 tablespoon minced shallot

1 teaspoon horseradish

1 dash hot sauce, such as Tabasco

2 teaspoons capers, rinsed and chopped

1 teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped, plus extra for garnish.
Preparation

In a small bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve piped onto thinly sliced radishes, cucumber rounds, mini rye toasts or piped into hollowed out cherry tomatoes.
