Smoked Salmon Salad Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 multigrain tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons soft goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon purchased Mustard Dill Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons capers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup arugula leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill weed, sprigs
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 ripe tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup English cucumber, thinly sliced using a vegetable peeler
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, preferably wild caught
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Place tortillas onto a flat surface and spread each one lightly with the Mustard Dill Sauce. Then sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of goat cheese. Top with the remaining ingredients. Season with ground black pepper to taste.
  2. Roll into a cylinder, gently but firmly. Cut in half on the diagonal, arrange on a plate, seam side down, and serve.
