Slow Roasted Herbed Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 24 grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Salt as desired

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss all of the ingredients together. Arrange in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet
  3. Bake in the middle of the preheated oven until tomatoes are brown at the edges, about 25 minutes.
