Quinoa-Berry Breakfast Parfaits To Go
Ingredients

3/4 cup cooked quinoa

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2 Tablespoons walnuts, chopped and lightly toasted

3/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt or goat milk yogurt

1/2 cup fresh sliced strawberries
-
1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Preparation

Place two 2-cup containers with lids side-by-side.

In a small bowl combine quinoa, maple syrup, cinnamon and walnuts, mix with spoon.

Spoon 3 tablespoons of the quinoa mixture into each container. Top with 2 tablespoons of the yogurt, then half of the strawberries. Repeat with another layer of quinoa, then yogurt, then blueberries. Finish with the remaining quinoa, yogurt and top with raspberries.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
