Quicker than Take-Out Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat pre-cooked thin pizza crust
  • 8 ounces pizza sauce
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked, cut into small pieces
  • 4 ounces canned mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 4 ounces part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

  1. Pour sauce on pizza crust.
  2. Spread chicken, mushrooms, red pepper and red onions on pizza.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on pizza.
  4. Bake at 450 degrees for ~8-10 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is melted.
