Quenching Coconut Ginger Spritzer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water, chilled
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 cup seltzer water
  • 1 piece fresh ginger, about the size of a walnut, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 wedges lime wedges, optional garnish
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint, optional garnish

Preparation

  1. Measure half of all ingredients, except the garnishes, into each beverage glass.
  2. Garnish each glass with a lime wedge and fresh mint sprig. Serve.
