Quenching Coconut Ginger Spritzer
Ingredients

1 cup coconut water, chilled

2 teaspoons honey

1 cup seltzer water

1 piece fresh ginger, about the size of a walnut, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 wedges lime wedges, optional garnish

2 sprigs fresh mint, optional garnish
Preparation

Measure half of all ingredients, except the garnishes, into each beverage glass.

Garnish each glass with a lime wedge and fresh mint sprig. Serve.
