Michigan Mixed Green Salad with Chicken

Ingredients

  • 12 cups fresh greens, your choice
  • 1/3 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 18 ounces roasted chicken, without skin or bones

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss.
  2. Try this with the Basic Vinaigrette Dressing using sherry vinegar!
