
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- 1 small clove garlic, finely minced(about 1/2 teaspoon)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water
Preparation
- In a small bowl, whisk tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, minced garlic and salt until smooth. Slowly whisk in the water until combined.
