Keylime Aioli

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon low fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup wasabi mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice or more to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, measure the first 6 ingredients. Whisk well to combine then stir in the parsley and cilantro.
  2. Taste and adjust seasonings to your preference adding more lime juice and/or hot sauce!
  3. Yield: One cup.
