Hot Honey

Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the honey and chili flakes. Place over low heat and bring to a very low simmer. Remove from heat and stir in the vinegar. Allow to cool slightly and transfer to a small glass container with lid. Allow to cool before covering with lid. Store at room temperature.
