Honey-Lime Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 4 cups cut-up fresh fruit(melon, grapes, pineapple, apples, kiwi)
  • 1/4 cup slivered or sliced almonds, toasted

Preparation

  1. Mix honey, lime zest, lime juice and poppy seeds in a medium bowl. Add fruit and carefully toss in honey mixture. Scoop serving into bowl and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
