Honey-Drizzled Citrus Slices with Pomegranate Ariels
Ingredients

3 navel oranges or clementines

1 pink grapefruit

2 tangerines or clementines

1/2 cup pomegranate, peeled, pith discarded and seeds reserved

1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, lightly toasted

6 strawberries, halved

12 raspberries

1 tablespoon honey
Preparation

With a sharp knife, peel the oranges and grapefruit, make sure to remove all the white pith. Using your hands,
peel the clementines as you normally would, keeping the sections together.

Slice the fruit horizontally into 1/4-inch thick slices. Arrange on a platter or 6 individual serving plates. Scatter
pomegranate seeds (ariels) over the top, sprinkle with coconut and arrange strawberries and raspberries around
the edges. Drizzle with honey and serve.
