Ingredients
- LEMON VINAIGRETTE:
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- THE GREENS & HERBS:
- 5 ounces mixed salad greens, such as baby greens
- 1/2 cup whole cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup Italian whole parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup mint leaves, torn if large
- 1/4 cup dill, stems removed
- 1/4 cup tarragon, stems removed
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn if large
- salt and ground black pepper, as desired

Preparation
- In a large bowl whisk together ingredients for the vinaigrette.
- Add greens and herbs; toss to coat.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper, as desired.
