
Ingredients
- 4 fresh pineapple slices, 1 1/2 inches thick
- 2 tablespoons toasted coconut
- 1 lime cut into wedges
Preparation
- Heat grill or grill pan to high heat. Grill pineapple slices until slightly brown and caramelized, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to plate and top with toasted coconut and garnish with lime wedges.
