Ingredients
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Tuscan(Lacinato) kale(packed)
- 3/4 cup fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 3/4 cup kefir or almond milk or favorite milk alternative
- 1/2 banana, optional
Preparation
- In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses. Drink once a day.
